In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 navigation and maps applications on the Android platform in the United Arab Emirates demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. 2GIS: Offline map & navigation from 2GIS saw fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at around 4.3K and peaking at approximately 6.7K in early December. The app's weekly active users also showed a steady increase, starting from 25.5K at the beginning of October and reaching nearly 30K by the end of December.

GPS, Maps, Voice Navigation by AppStar Studios experienced a consistent rise in weekly downloads, with numbers climbing from 3.3K at the end of September to about 5K in the last week of December.
